Personal and Social Responses to the COVID-19 Pandemic
People are reacting to the COVID-19 pandemic and quarantine in diverse ways that both provide insight into their mental health and well-being under these challenging conditions, and carry implications for our understanding of personal, community and societal functioning during periods of enduring heightened stress.

The Impact of Covid-19 on the Socioemotional Development of College Students
The purpose of this study is to examine the socioemotional development of students who experience the immediate threat and lasting consequences of Covid-19. We are assessing 500 UC Davis students monthly regarding their experience of Covid-19 and various personal sequalae such as their personal health, academic progress, and financial situation, as well as a variety of indicators of well-being, social and emotional development.

Buffers to the mental and physical health impacts of the COVID-19 crisis
The COVID-19 crisis will cause immediate economic, mental, and physical health problems. Those particularly impacted will be low-wage workers who will disproportionately face lay-offs or be forced into the frontlines of this crisis.

Emotions, Social Connections and the COVID19 Pandemic
The goal of our project is to understand how variation and diversity in emotional experiences and social experiences relates emotion regulation, coping, well-being, and life satisfaction and may be impacted by age during the pandemic.
